Southgate offers 60 assisted living apartments certified by the State of Massachusetts. Hampton Suites at Southgate are state-of-the-art apartments with a unique design, much more spacious than the customary assisted living quarters available from other retirement communities.
A full kitchen, one or two full baths and a washer/dryer are some of the features that set us apart. Our floor plans include studio, one and two bedroom designs, and up to 1,160 square feet of space. Every one of these apartments comes with assisted living services if and when you need them, without compromising many of the amenities you have become accustomed to enjoy.
